I'm an employee at Gap and it's a great company to work for. We have outstanding leadership that are great at.keeping everyone motivated and informed. I look forward to coming to work because of the outstanding management team and not to mention the entire process of distributing that takes place inside is pretty amazing! Fix that AC in inbound. You're asking for a potential Lawsuit at this point. It's already bad enough that the offloaders are in the trailers for 8 hours a day in this 100 degree weather.

Easy to locate truck drivers but don't use gap drive you have to enter on the Dakota Ave entrance security guard very helpful

Do not work for this company! It’s a waste of time and they use you to get through the holiday season and then fire everybody. When your suppose to work for at least 6 months. They don’t give you your full hours and they are very slow. They fire all the Blacks and Mexicans but keep the Asians and White people. Trust me this is the worst company ever. They give you 12 days that you could use if you don’t want to come to work but if you use 1 then your getting fired! They make you work 7 days a week for 2 weeks plus overtime no days off but it’s all apart of their game because if you use 1 of the 12 days they give you then your fired. Do not apply here unless your White or Asian!

I've been at Gap for 2.5 years. What I can honestly say give it time. Warehouse work is not for everybody and when you are not useto working long hours and at a fast pace then your body needs to adjust. I'm a trainer there now and i see people come and go fast. It's like kinda being a robot you do the same thing for the same hours a week and get useto it. It's good money the best pay I ever got but again get useto it Cuz it's not for everyone. With that said I honestly love my job and the people I work with.
